She was supposed to do a set during that NoFX livestream thing but she freaked out and flew back home before doing it so I'm assuming it's a live set, possibly of new songs.

I'm not a big fan of the stream of consciousness writing style she has adopted these past few years, I always preferred the more traditional arrangements of the early Against Me! albums. It sounds like these are a little more structured than a lot of the Devouring Mothers stuff and I'm definitely digging it. It's a nice, chill album.

I'm gonna go learn Why Kant I Be You now.

Really good. Caught up on the songs I missed. Like it way better then the Devouring Mothers.

I really liked a lot of the devouring mothers record, and struggle with early AM. 

I'm excited to try this but LJG is not a particularly strong acoustic player so I'm cautious. I love the whole analog angle though, and the stripped back approach. I'm gonna do a few listens before sharing thoughts.
