decisions
I'm shocked. Best song since OOTV. Everyone contributes something cool here, even members who previously did nothing interesting, they sound revitalized.
Patient #48273
It's a bazillion times better than Cop vs. Phone Girl, haha.
decisions
Yeah that's for sure. I'm not sure how good the EP will be in total, but at least they can still write a good song!
Patient #48273
Yeah, I definitely like the new song so far, but I'll have to wait and see if it has staying power. I actually like a number of Ursa Major songs and Dopamine has its moments too. Definite decline from their first 3 albums though.
Patient #48273
Listened to the rest of the EP today and Company of Strangers is the only thing that jumps out (in a good way). I have low expectations for them these days anyway, so 1 good song out of 7 isn't terrible, lol.
allsystemsgo
Didn't realize this was out today. Gonna give it a spin.
allsystemsgo
I really dig half the EP while the other half is growing on me. Queen of Daydreams is my favorite. The melancholic melody and smooth instrumentals are excellent. It has that bittersweet feeling like one of my favorite TEB songs, Red Star. Between the the recent releases (TEB, Green Day, and Sum 41), We Are Drugs is my favorite so far. 13 Voices I do not like at all. I've never been a huge Sum 41 fan, but the metal sound is a complete turnoff for me.
Patient #48273
Yeah, Queen of Daydreams has grown on me a lot. I also like Weightless now too. Don't Give In is alright and I haven't figured out what I think of Sherri is a Stoner.

Elisa
Hobbies include listening to the third eye blind self titled over and over all day every day lately and it's still so relevant. I think that album and Counting Crows' August & Everything After have stood the test of time out of all the 90s alternative radio rock bands.
Matt.
Do a lot of Crystal Meth, Elisa?
Elisa
I don't eat cake before going to bed and I tend to stay away from chrystal meth. Those are my only rules. But I heard that nasal spray is only one step away from chrystal meth so party on!

_Kyle_
I don't know. I never even thought about it. My g/f said she didn't like them because of the speech impediment and I was like "what speech impediment?". I just thought he sounded goofy sometimes. Patient #48273
Yeah, it's not too obvious in most of their songs. In terms of news, they've got an EP coming out in August. https://www.spin.com/2018/06/third-eye-blind-thanks-for-everything-ep-bon-iver-cover-songs/
