There's a fantastic documentary on Wham on Netflix, I never cared about them but I was sooo stupid. I watched it last year and I Ioved it. It's just wonderful to look at with all the amazing footage from the 1980s and it made me appreciate George Michael's genius and Andrew Ridgeley's enduring kindness and support. It's a beautiful story of two friends supporting each other to reach incredible heights, while also knowing when to let go. After seeing that documentary I started listening to Wham a lot and I still do, they made some great music. Sometimes you just gotta let the pop in. 1 Quote

I was entranced the entire time and it was nice to see how important Andrew was to George's self-esteem and getting him to recognize his talent. A beautiful story. You're right in that some straightforward pop is exactly what you need and Wham! did have some gems. 1 Quote
