Yeah, Jan, you fucking piece of shit!

Lol I do apologize if I'm coming off as hostile, I'm just passionate about a great slower blink song. Aside from One More Time, we really haven't had any of note since Untitled.

No, you’re good. Jan needs to know!

So it’s a session guitarist now? Earlier there wasn’t any guitars or “real” instruments on the entire song..

@Russel Coight 😂

A session guitarist coming in is basically the same as sampling to me.  You're allowed to have your opinion on that, but no thanks.  I'm not hear to listen to them singing ballads over other guitarists, fuckin no thank you.

Um, Can't Go Back?  YDWKG? Childhood?  Remember to forget me ()? After Midnight?

It's not a good slower blink song, so it's all good, you can remove the passion.

Umm none of those are as good as the slow blink songs I hold in high regard, aside from Can't Go Back, but no, I don't consider that to be the same kind of slow blink song I'm referring to. That's more of an After Midnight kind of song, though def better than After Midnight.

I don't understand in what world Tom wouldn't record that guitar lol. Like you don't enjoy the song, that's fine, whatever. But stop searching for bullshit that isn't there to make your opinion on why it's not a good song supercede anyone's opinion for liking it.

If you can prove to me Tom recorded that guitar part in the studio I will officially move it up from Bad to 'Okay'.  However, it's clearly a bullshit session guitarist.  Just like Remember to Forget Me was.  If you think that's blink boys, that's on you.  You can clearly tell when Tom is playing (If You Never Left, Everyone Everywhere for example) because his style is very obvious.  He doesn't play shit like Take Me In.

Lol, glad it's on me to prove that Tom recorded a blink song... what are you even on about at this point?

Again what is the problem with the guitar in the song? That it’s non distorted and has some effects on it?

You can’t say that a session guitarist is the same as sampling to you, that’s like saying a hamburger is a pizza to me

It doesn't work that way. The burden of proof is on you since you brought it up, Bozo.

Have you ever heard a band called Angels & Airwaves?

I feel like this is very simple.  There is a sampled guitar track/session guitarist inserted into the main riff of the song instead of Tom or Mark.

They're equally as lame to me.  This is a vegan hamburger and a kale covered pizza.  Neither are good.

I don't care if it's distorted or not.  Blink never started doing this until Cali, you all maybe just got used to it. I've never liked it.

You’ve changed the narrative. You said that there’s no “real” instruments on the entire song.

You'll see soon enough when the liner notes are released. But again that was never on me to prove as it's a given until proven otherwise.  And fortunately for you regardless, blink will do that work for you when we see the physical album liner notes.

Yes, great band, Tom doesn't play every guitar track on there either.  But he always did in Blink (unless it was Mark).  Look, this is the same as the "Is Cali still blink?" arguments.  You either care about it being that way or you don't.  To me it only feels like blink when it's Mark & Tom playing.  Simple.

1/10 song.
