You realize he posted those lyrics like a year and a half ago when they were fucking around rehearsing right?

I think you're reading far too into things.

Nope, thought this was new.

And I'm sure I am reading too far into things.  I'm just telling you what I don't want to see on any future albums.  There probably aren't any joke songs incoming any time soon.  Again, I'd just hate to see a song like that in the middle of a modern blink album, simple as that.

10 years ago tonight since the first time I saw Blink. Was 11 years old and my dad had to come with me, he still rants about it to this day :D Barely remember it unfortunately though. What I do remember though was completely awesome.

So glad that 10 years on I'm still listening to them and I haven't "grown out" of them, like all my other friends since then, to listen to shite house or indie music.

Pretty sure there isnt gonna be a joke song on the next record. I think it would be super out of place unless it was like a super fast heavy song

I heard they are releasing a new single on the other side of their next vinyl release, it's possible!!!

I could see them doing a video now, where they're all wearing their clothes from the 90s that don't really fit or just look stupid, and all the fans in the crowd are grown ass adults wearing the clothes they wore when they got into blink that they're too tall and fat for now... The possibilities for commentary right there are endless.

This is the best idea.

Well considering every album has now been released on vinyl of theirs.  Seems like a damn strong possibility that whatever their next vinyl is, will at the very least have a new single on it (if not be the entire new album), so yeah, you're probably right.

Dang that reminds me that I still want to get every blink album on vinyl. Only have Buddha, Cheshire Cat, and Untitled so far.

I want to too, I have Enema, Buddha, and Neighborhoods.  Really want Untitled more than anything else, though I'm still disappointed that they decided to split it across 2 vinyls instead of putting it on one (where it would fit) with the split happening after The Fallen Interlude.  Would also have loved if they included Not Now.  Regardless, I still want that release.

i think there are still blink fans out there who are grown ass adults who still wear these clothes and don't do it as a joke. it's kind of sad

Was just fucking around, like when you thought there was a possibility Up All Night would be released on the flip side of the self-titled vinyl.

Oh yeah, I forgot about that.  Wish it did, it would have made the splitting up of the vinyl onto two vinyls instead of all on one make a whole hell of a lot more sense.  Plus there are releases like The Postal Service's Give Up which had all those B-sides and even some covers on the other side of the vinyl despite not being on the actual cd.  So it wouldn't have been unheard of.

Even still, you may have been fucking around, but as I pointed out, you probably aren't wrong.

I feel like if they all tried recording in a house together again Mark would like, make fun of Tom's clothes and then Tom would get really upset and it would be the shittiest album ever.

What are they women now?
