Toms lyrics have always been painful but with AVA it's more glaring because it's more "serious" and therefore more cringey.

I would love to see them next year but have no friends who like them lol

Agreed. But at least WDNTW had something to say, this is just drivel lol.

and go by yourself if you want to go, no shame in that ?

A Fire in a Nameless Town is one of my favorites from the album. I didn’t love the verses when I heard it the first couple of times but it’s really grown on me. Might a be a controversial take but I think it’s one of Tom’s top choruses in a while.

Euphoria, Kiss and Tell, A Fire in a Nameless Town, Spellbound and Losing My Mind are all standouts for me.

Every song on the album has grown a lot on me as well, Tom sounds great on this album as well, way better than on dream walker

it's getting hard for me to enjoy the album now with everything tom is posting on social media. i think it's way worse than usual.

nobody is listening to this album or finally relating to the band because they now understand his nonsensical claims about "consciousness changing matter."

it's beyond embarrassing.

Follow AVAs official channels for news instead of Toms own stuff and just enjoy the music man

Dude I'm so chuffed people can finally see that if we channel the power of our subconscious mind we can totally affect exactly what we want to happen.

Get on board ??

Also a little weird seeing him brag about the album sales. I thought his whole shtick was that his music was too complex for us simps to grasp and that the only reason blink is popular is because we’re all dummies.

It would actually be cool to see the album do well commercially if not for all the comments he’s made about not chasing commercial success lol

Dude has run his mouth so much it’s like a no win situation for him at this point

when tom speaks, he loses. it's been that way since he first announced AVA.

Yeah pretty much. And this angle he’s been taking lately like he was right all along about the dumb alien shit…ugh, just no dude.

he's not even talking about aliens anymore he's claiming he started the band to show everyone that we are all "one being connected through consciousness" and that the success of this album is due to people realizing that.

it's mindblowingly stupid. he started the band for pure ego driven reasons and the only reason people listen is because it's tom from blink and occasionally he still writes good songs. that's all that's happening here.

I’ve said this before and I’ll repeat this every time it comes up, Tom being right that the government has documented ufo events is 1% of the crazy shit he was saying from 2015 to 2018. No one would have ever disputed with Tom that the sheer idea that the us government has unexplainable phenomena happening in the military, everybody believes that. The offering where they scammed investors literally said to the stars was going to build a spaceship that would teleport between planets.

Go back and rewatch the joe Rogan podcast they’ve tried to sweep under the rug.

Yep, it's totally disingenuous. The only thing he was "right" about was something that any logical person would have agreed with from the beginning.

I pretty much ignore most of the shit Tom says these days and just enjoy the couple of songs I like from the new album.

Same thing with Travis. His social media is the equivalent of a 14 year old girl but I’ll give each song he is apart of a listen and of course check out the new blink stuff when it comes along.
