I pray they never attempt that song live haha It's so fucking trash. I don't know what they were thinking. They were like "hey, this albums got a lot of variety, we are so versatile now, let's make some ridiculous ballads now and see what they think as well!"
Scott. fran.182
This would be my definitive tracklist... "Fell In Love" is the only song from this era I would delete from existence, though. The rest I'm more or less happy to have... 1. Anthem Part 3 2. Dance With Me 3. Every Other Weekend 4. Terrified 5. One More Time 6. More Than You Know 7. When We Were Young 8. You Don't Know What You've Got 9. Blink Wave 10. No Fun 11. Hurt (Interlude) 12. Can't Go Back 13. Turpentine 14. One Night Stand 15. Other Side 16. Childhood
351
Everyone Everywhere is a good song, though at times it feels like Travis tries too hard to sound cool instead of playing something that truly fits the mood. For example, when Tom sings "accidents from the mind" (or whatever he's singing) with 23 seconds left in the song, his attempt to "show off" kinda kills the vibe to me. His drumming on that heavy riff section at the beginning of the song also feels forced. But hey... it's Travis.
MassKirbycide
Genuinely surprised at how much I liked Everyone Everywhere. The snippet had me feeling pretty meh on it, but the I like Mark’s first verse better than the second, and the bridge and final chorus really elevate the song. Major BCR vibes, which I am always down to have more of. Overall really pleased. Still would take most of part 1 over most of part 2, but these are some damn good B-sides, with some real standouts. Awesome deluxe release.
Elite Takes - this is jan
Top Tier - Anthem 3, Turpentine, Terrified, Turn This Off, Can't Go Back, Every Other Weekend, Everyone Everywhere, One Night Stand Good - Every Other Weekend, If You Never Left, Otherside, YDKWYG, MTYK, Bad News Okay - Childhood, Dance With Me, Fuck Face, Hurt, Edging, When We Were Young, Blink Wave, OMT, No Fun Bin - Fell In Love, Take Me In, See You, All In My Head, Cut Me Off The production makes a big difference in why song like One Night stand gets nod over Otherside. That drum sound can really take down a song.
Elite Takes - this is jan
It’s funny how just simply adding back in guitars (see If You Never Left) is such a forgotten thing now that it stands out so much even when it’s just basic Tom stuff. Cali bots/Kansas Krew have to be in heaven right now with this release have to think when listening to it.
Man
Everyone Everywhere is absolute trash, there's nothing there. Bizarre how some say it's the best song. 1 1 1
Frank Woods
Listened to the new songs but I was on a plane and couldn't hear them the right way. I need to have some other listenings but generally like this new wave/80's rock sound. However, I prefer when they speed up things instead of midtempo rhytms. Good songwriting for some B-sides (Can't Go Back is the closer sound to the Untitled's era, even better than After Midnight). I like this era when they mix their different sounds but for the next one I'd like a more focused album, a little bit heavier (More Than You Know).
Elite Takes - this is jan
is Everyone Everywhere about laying in bed/taking something to sleep and wiping away the day's anxieties from people who suck? the ending is absolutely beautiful to me. Was totally expecting to just end on the main chorus (and was okay enough with that) it just took me.

I completely expected this and would have been disappointed if it wasn’t the case. 2
Champ182
Since these are B-sides for OMT I will rank them in terms of "If This Was The First Song I Heard After They Reunited" HOLY SHIT THEY'RE FUCKING BACK!!! 😭 Can't Go Back Every Other Weekend One Night Stand Everyone Everywhere Haha this is awesome! I can't believe we get to hear them again 🥳 If You Never Left No Fun (*this tier is where I would place Edging*) Hmm not really sure if their hearts are actually back in it 😬 Take Me In All In My Head

Everything else is goated if you ask me I think it's an interesting and pretty cool song so I don't mean to rain on any parades, but (and I actually mean this as some kind of compliment) it would be better as a Coldplay song or something. It's not as off the Blink map as IRWIHY, but the melodies/style of singing sound like a song written for a whole different band with a whole different set of skills haha

Russel Coight
Morning after review: no fun - great song. Love toms verses. Riff is cool. Simple chorus but it works. All in my head - love the harmonies in the verses. Chorus is catchy as fuck with decent energy. Lazy bridge brings it down but doesn’t ruin it. cant go back - beautiful. Just gorgeous song. Feels like a continuation from 2003. Don’t mind it being short, actually like that it doesn’t have a big pay off and just stays mellow Every other weekend - big grow on me from last night. Love it. Instrumental bridge is fantastic and the way it goes Into the outro chorus is just fucking fantastic. Amazing song. Everyone everywhere - another big grow on me after last night. Still kinda sounds like a few different songs merged together but it’s working a lot better for me this morning, actually the same feeling I had about turpentine when I first heard it but that grew to be a major favourite so who knows. Really don’t like the bridge or whatever you call it though, garbage. Outro is great. If you never left - just wow. I love this song even more this morning. Intro with mark is fantastic. Toms verse and pre chorus is just so well done. Got a real bop vibe. Can’t keep my shoulders from dancing listening to the verses. Chorus is so catchy and great. Bridge is fantastic. I hope this song becomes a single because I could see it going huge. I want this song to put its dick in me. Might be close to perfect for me. One Night stand - just a really solid song. Don’t think it’ll be a favourite but it’s great. Verses are cool and the chorus is catchy. take me in - like the song better hearing proper rip. Vocal choices aren’t my favourite but I really like the melody of this song. Works very well as a closer. overall very happy with this release. Most don’t even feel like b-sides to me. Great enough on their own. happy coight
Monkey Chips
Well on top of awesome music (still waiting on proper HQ songs from YouTube and Spotify, but enjoyed the terrible twitter rips) It looks like we're actually going to have CDs as an option after all:
