Lindemulder Posted August 23, 2019 Posted August 23, 2019 This must have been recorded a long time ago right, already before the video? Seems like a waste for them if they did it after all the negative reactions EDIT: my opinion is that its horrible 1 Quote
Speedo Posted August 23, 2019 Posted August 23, 2019 Ghent has a bright career as a comedian ahead of him! Looking forward to his spot on Rogan! Quote
BCRplus44 Posted August 23, 2019 Posted August 23, 2019 I'll get it out of the way, I don't think it's that bad. Pretty cool to see Matt have recorded vocals for an older song. I would like to see them actually re-record some previous material with Matt but that'd probably upset the fanbase too much. 2 1 Quote
iguessthisisgrowingup Posted August 23, 2019 Posted August 23, 2019 i actually think it's kinda neat. fixed mark's vocals from the live ver Quote
M!ke Posted August 23, 2019 Posted August 23, 2019 I legit enjoy it. Not the most amazing thing ever, but I don't really get the hate. 2 Quote
zzzz Posted August 23, 2019 Posted August 23, 2019 Yeah it's sorta fun and harmless, like the cleaned up vocals. I like the artwork more than NINE's...would be perfect if Mark/Matt were in a reggae stoner phase, as opposed to full blown pop. lol. Quote

What would the point of that be ? 1 Quote

Mard_Smartiest_Blinkfan Posted August 23, 2019 Posted August 23, 2019 if u listen to the ename of the states(terrific album title) whats my age again version at the very end when the song is fading out theres this nasty clipping that happens like a pop/clicking noise(suprise they overlooked it maybe in the moment they tought it sounded good?) it seems they took the time 2 leave it out in that mix or maybe it was part of the original vocal track Quote

OldManFan(of blink) Posted August 23, 2019 Posted August 23, 2019 The blink account posted this to Instagram and turned off the ability to comment. Wonder why? (sarcasm). 2 2 Quote
zzzz Posted August 23, 2019 Posted August 23, 2019 Wow comments weren't turned off originally... I scrolled through a bunch and 99% of them were people absolutely slamming them. Quote

CatDude Posted August 23, 2019 Posted August 23, 2019 It's a fun remix!! Modern pop punk fans are so annoying. They hate Lil Wayne but will praise indie folk crap. Any jamoke playing 3 chords on a guitar wearing a plaid shirt and drinking coffee is awesome to them Quote
MSandt Posted August 23, 2019 Posted August 23, 2019 It's kinda okay. At least Lil Wayne's speech impairment isn't as bad as Robert Smith's. Quote
Cheerios4u98 Posted August 23, 2019 Posted August 23, 2019 I'm not even gonna pretend I don't love this. I love that blink is doing more collabs with other artists lately, and I'm glad we'll be getting more of them in the future. I'd love for the band to revisit old songs like this more often. It's really cool to hear what WMAA might sound like if it was written and recorded in 2019. Plus it's fun to hear Matt in a studio recording of a classic blink song. I'm all for blink doing stuff like this. I think it's awesome! 1 1 Quote
