The progression is closer to There Is than anything, a few steps lower but same sort of progression.

It sounds more like a prelude to a heavy song, we'll know soon. Album announcements are usually on Wednesdays and Thursdays so it has to be either today or tomorrow.

I could definitely see it being this week. The little tease definitely feels like we will see it this week. Plus the the little hints.
